About the Designer:

Swedish Stockings was started in 2013 by business partners Linn and Naja after recognizing a need in the fashion industry to reduce the waste caused by textiles.  They've created a patented technique that not only produces a high quality design of pantyhose that are built to last, but essentially at zero waste.  This is a huge win as "2 billion pairs of tights are produced, worn once and then discarded every year" making the textile industry the second most polluting industry in the world"(Swedish Stockings).  This is a company that is going above and beyond with their approaches to sustainability and design.
